Customer login
A wide variety of applications are available to you as a Techem customer in our Customer portal. To access and use these applications you will need to enter your customer number and a password. Your customer number is shown in your billing correspondence. Your password is contained in the customer service documentation (sample) that we sent to you by post.
Your browser settings
To be able to use all of the functions available to you in the customer portal without any restrictions, configure your browser settings as follows:
- Each individual web page must be loaded directly each time you visit; in other words, it is not possible to store the web pages on your hard drive
- Java and Java scripts (for example, active scripting in MS Internet Explorer) must be enabled
- We recommend you accept cookies
To configure your browser go to "Tools" -> "Internet options". On the Advanced tab, enable Java and Java Scripts. You can set the level of cookie acceptance for your browser on the "Privacy" tab.
The customer portal is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768
