A wide variety of applications are available to you as a Techem customer in our Customer portal. To access and use these applications you will need to enter your customer number and a password. Your customer number is shown in your billing correspondence. Your password is contained in the customer service documentation (sample) that we sent to you by post.
To be able to use all of the functions available to you in the customer portal without any restrictions, configure your browser settings as follows:
To configure your browser go to "Tools" -> "Internet options". On the Advanced tab, enable Java and Java Scripts. You can set the level of cookie acceptance for your browser on the "Privacy" tab.
The customer portal is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768
