Help – forgot password
If you should forget your password, you can securely and easily set a new password for your Techem portal.

In the "Input" field enter your customer number or the email address provided by you to Techem. Please observe that we can only set up a new password for you in this way if you have provided us with a valid email address.
Your details are checked once you click the "Continue" button. You will then promptly receive an email containing a one-off link to set a new password. Please use the link in this email within 60 minutes.
Please observe that for security reasons the email can only be sent to the email address you provided Techem.
If you provided us with a group email address, we encourage you to take this opportunity to replace it with an individual email address. To do so you can define your own email address at any time under "My account - My details" after you have logged into the portal.
You have received an email containing a link
This email contains a one-off link to the Techem portal. Please click the link. If you are not directed immediately to the Techem portal, this is probably due to your privacy settings. If that is the case, copy the link in the email and paste it into the address bar of your web browser. Please observe that for security reasons the link will expire after 60 minutes. The email is generated automatically. For that reason, please do not respond to the email. If you have any problems, please contact your Techem portal team.
You are requested to enter a new password
You can set a new password if you wish to do so.
Enter your desired new password in the "New password" field. To confirm, enter your new password in the "Repeat password" field. Your new password must contain at least six characters. To save your new password click the "Continue" button. You can now use your new password to log into your Techem portal as usual.
Please change your password at regular intervals. If you should forget your new password, you can set a new password at any time under "Forgot password".
